May 19, 2022: In her talk titled, “From the Bronx to the Boardroom: How Afro-Latina Identity Became a Super Power,” Lizette Williams, award-winning business professional and lifelong diversity advocate, shares her personal story of coming through an elite boarding school to then navigating the ranks of corporate America as a first-generation-U.S. born, Afro-Latina woman.  She examined the role of ethnicity, culture, and intersectionality as the backbone of what developed her successful career.
